Pick up your pen and paper and write the following words on the top of the page.

I am allowing myself

As with the pervious post, I DON’T NEED TO BE this is a list of what you want, feel or need to give you permission to be. 

The following are examples of permission you can give to you.

I AM ALLOWING MYSELF
  • To worry
  • To be calm
  • Time alone
  • Time with friends
  • To eat cake for dinner
  • A Lazy day
  • A busy day
  • An hour of junk t.v.
  • A break from my worry

The permission slip you write is to give you permission to be inspired and flexible with yourself.  

You may never want to eat cake for dinner, but if you give yourself permission you don’t have to waste any time regretting that you did.
